The idea of this website is to bring together every Doctor Who fan film ever made and you give the chance to watch them. Although, not just watch, we'd like you to help by reviewing them too.

20-06-08 - More growing, but this time the database welcomes a fan film that has been sitting on Google Video for ages without a database page, Mark Williams Productions' very own 'Dr Who and the Emperor' - sorry Mark!

19-06-08 - The database continues to grow...slowly, today The Next Dimension's two fan films 'Supremacy of the Daleks' and 'Living Plastic' join the database.

18-06-08 - Quark Video's 1980s puppet film 'Auf Wiedersehen Doc' joins the database as well as Medicant Productions' 90s epic 'Time and Again'

17-06-08 - The Projection Room's 'The Schrodinger Effect' finally joins the database after a few weeks available online via Google Video.

14-06-08 - Teenz Inc release 'The Final Adventure' - Episode One and thus a new page is available on the database.

23-05-08 - Fortnight Two of the DWFFDB Video Challenge was to produce a short video inspired by the BBC's TARDIS Cam videos, we have many interesting entries but congratulations to johnstone who produced a simple yet effect TARDIS materialisation, featured below;

27-04-08 - On the 12th April we begun a series of Doctor Who Fan Film Fortnightly Video Challenges - exclusive to the doctorwhoforum.com members. Each fortnight we will release details of the competition criteria on the forum and include examplar video material. The first competition was to produce a custom made title sequence, well done to Lighthope with his winning entry, below;

18-11-07 - Site has been adjusted. Wet Paint's The Two Doctors & The Anti-Matter Menace has been linked through the Google Video embed. Teenz Inc's Doctor Who - The Christopher Thomson Series has been uploaded. More videos are being uploaded, and there will be more pages. Also, due to coding on the site, we can't seem to remove the Genre page from some of the side menus, as we will no longer be updating or using the Genre page.

28-03-06 - DWFFDB is changing formats. Stay tuned, but thanks to the fantastic Google Video service, VortX's films have all been moved to the new .gvi format. Also included are VHS-quality DVD downloads, iPod and PSP ready. If the trial is successful, we plan to move all the movies over to this new format.

21/08/05 - Site enters its testing phase
